We ship worldwide, priced in USD. Here's what to expect after you order.
1. Where we ship
We deliver internationally to most countries. All prices and shipping charges are shown in US Dollars (USD). If we are unable to ship to your destination, checkout will let you know before payment.
2. Processing time
Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. Kits containing sharp tools are packed with blade guards for safe transit.
3. Delivery estimates
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 4–8 business days
- North America: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 7–15 business days
These are estimates from dispatch and can vary with carrier and customs handling.
4. Shipping costs
Standard worldwide shipping is a flat $8, and free on orders of $75 or more. Roll Club members enjoy a lower free-shipping threshold and Roll Club Plus members always ship free.
5. Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. These are not included in our prices and are the recipient's responsibility. Shelf-stable food may be subject to local import rules; please check your country's regulations for food items.
6. Tracking
Once your order ships, we email a confirmation with tracking where the carrier provides it. You can also reply to that email or contact support@lichsush.shop for an update.
7. Carriers
We dispatch through established postal and courier carriers appropriate to your destination. Perishable-free, shelf-stable contents mean your kit does not require refrigerated transit.
8. Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
